So, it's been around a month and that means a lot of time has passed since my last post (wouldnt you know). So, what have I been up to? Well I've got two key things to talk about and i think youll know from the title.
First, I've gotten a build of Mission: Squark out on GitHub which is awesome. I had thought of doing this, but got to it when I saw a games application mentioning about providing examples of code in some way.
So i took to cleaning up the project from it's semester submission state and got it built as an application and made the source code public. I plan on making it my forefront demonstration of C++ knowledge and interaction with an existing library, specifically SFML 3.0
Second, with the University era being over, I know i need to take my future direction into my own hands, and have started working on a life planner in Obsidian.
The plan currently has a master calendar, and focussed notes for individual types of things I'm doing.
Here's the master calendar (left) and focussed view (right)
After some coding and research on what features there were, I found these plugins to be really useful for my vault:
Templates by Obsidian, for being able to make templates and insert them into new notes
Dataview by blacksmithgu, for doing queries of my vault and accessing information using JavaScript
Full Calendar by davish & more, for making it easy having a calendar
